Crack Academy Launches AIRRP to Integrate Competitive Exam Preparation into School Classrooms Across 200 Schools
Crack Academy launches AIRRP, an integrated school-based program across 200 schools to embed competitive exam preparation into classrooms. The initiative aims to reduce student stress, cut dependence on external coaching, and improve learning outcomes through structured study materials, assessments, and mentorship within school environments. It focuses on balanced, sustainable education reform.
The initiative arrives amid growing concern over the pressures of India’s coaching-centric education ecosystem. Studies indicate that more than 80 percent of students experience exam-related stress, while a significant proportion report burnout caused by extended study hours and the simultaneous management of school education and external coaching. In many cases, students dedicate an additional six to eight hours daily to coaching, resulting in fatigue, reduced academic retention, and limited time for rest or extracurricular engagement.
AIRRP seeks to address these challenges by embedding structured competitive exam preparation within the existing school timetable. By minimizing reliance on external coaching institutions, the program aims to create a streamlined academic schedule that supports conceptual clarity, consistency in learning, and reduced fragmentation of study routines.
The initiative includes curated study materials, regular assessments, and continuous mentorship delivered within the school environment. This approach ensures that exam preparation becomes an integrated component of daily learning rather than an additional academic burden placed on students.
Commenting on the launch, Neeraj Kansal, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Crack Academy, stated, “Students today are managing multiple academic demands, often at the cost of their well-being. AIRRP is designed to simplify this journey by bringing preparation into the school system itself. When learning is integrated and structured, students are able to focus better, reduce stress, and achieve more consistent results.”
With this rollout across 200 schools, Crack Academy aims to promote a more balanced and sustainable model of education that prioritizes efficiency, accessibility, and student well-being alongside academic achievement. The initiative reflects a broader shift toward reducing dependency on external coaching and fostering a more cohesive learning experience within schools.
